Jon brings more than 30 years of accounting and executive experience, including Ernst & Young, Smoak, Davis & Nixon LLP, and CFO and CEO roles in public and private businesses.
As CEO of Delta Southern Railroad, a company owned by a private equity group, he led infrastructure improvements, staffing changes, technology implementation, business development, and a planned exit.
Jon currently serves as CFO of Oceanhawk Acquisition Corp. His Chief Accounting Officer experience at Gazit Group USA includes medical office real estate, IFRS accounting, and modernization of accounting and reporting processes within a group whose parent company was in Tel Aviv.
